Do you want to save money by finding great deals on diapers? Then, you have come to the right place! I will explain all the ins and outs of diaper bargains.
On average, babies go through nearly 3,000 diapers before they are potty trained, and you could end up spending well over $600 supplying all those diapers. Crazy! Diaper deals are not always easy to come by, but with my help, we can make sure you stay under budget.
Let’s keep those babes dry and clean while saving along the way!
Brands
The top, money saving advice on diapers is: consider lesser-known diaper brands! Name-brand diapers can get so pricey, but don’t worry! There are other diapers out there that work just as good or even better than those brands you always see commercials advertising. Many moms even swear by these lesser-known diapers.
Reminder: Diapers are often trial and error on what works best for you and your baby. I recommend getting a small bag or box first when trying new ones out.
Here is a list of all of the diapers that are at lower price, but moms, including myself, consider to be better than many well-known diaper brands:
1. Kirkland’s Diapers (MY FAVORITE)
$0.15-$0.30 per diaper
Kirkland’s diapers are Costco’s brand of diapers. They are not as cheap as some of the others on this list, but keep your eye out for when they go on sale. Also, check for them on Amazon because sometimes there are deals on them there. They are comparable to Huggies, and the bigger sizes even have the double grip strip, which I am finding is a must for babies on the move. These diapers have a wetness indicator; great leak pr

otection, super soft liner, and quick draw liner. Sizes range from 1-6. They are a diaper that I even use for night time because of how much they can hold, and they never leak. Link: https://www.costco.com/kirkland-signature-diapers-sizes-1-6.product.100572588.html
2. Parent’s Choice Diapers
$0.09-$0.23 per diaper
Parent’s Choice is Wal-Mart’s brand of diapers, and they are marketed as being breathable while being able to last up to 12 hours. They have a wetness indicator and are available in sizes N to 7. These broke out my baby, but many other moms love them. They were soft to the touch and seemed sturdy. 3. Up&Up Diapers (OUR BUDGET BUY)
$0.12-$0.24 per diaper
Up&Up is the Target brand of diapers. They like the Wal-Mart brand have both a wetness indicator and come in sizes N-7. Their greatest features are their gentletouch+ liner and breathable outer cover. We like this diaper especially for the price. They did not work as well when my baby was moving around as much just because of the lack of grip strips, but they are still a good diaper. 4. Luv’s
$0.15-$0.20
These diapers are a greater known brand, but they come at a lower price. Luv’s use triple leakguard technology to keep your baby feeling dry, and they use a wetness indicator. Sizes range from N-6.
5. Earth and Eden Diapers (MY SECOND FAVORITE)
$0.16-$0.23
These are a brand of diaper that you can purchase from Amazon. They are one of my favorite diapers because of their softness and how well they hold up. I would not use these as a night time diaper, but they are perfect for during the day. They are higher priced if you cannot use the 20% off subscribe and save coupon on Amazon, but if you can, they are a steal! They have a wetness indicator and a grip strip so the diaper stays in place better. Sizes range from N-7. Here is a link for them: https://www.amazon.com/Earth-Eden-Baby-Diapers-Count/dp/B07DYLJHLB
Other lesser-known brands you could check out are: Mama Bear Diaper, H.E.B. Diapers, D.G. Diapers, and Aldi diapers. Often stores that sell diapers have their own name brand, and those could be worth a try if they come at a good cost. Just remember when trying new brands it is best to get a small amount to start just in case they are prone to leaks or cause your baby to break out. Definitely never hurts to try them though because you never know which you will end up loving.
Coupons
Coupons are a must when bargain shopping, and the key is knowing where to find those coupons. Here is a list of all the places I have found that offer coupons or will alert you to when coupons are available.
Amazon Coupons- Amazon sometimes has big savings on diapers, but you have to be on the look out. In the past, they have offered 40% off on first time subscribe and save orders on diapers. So be sure to check if you could get a percentage off on the subscribe and save option. They often have coupons for certain brands, and they even have lightening deals on diapers occasionally. Don’t forget to check out the Amazon Warehouse, which sells diapers that have been returned or have an open box. There is nothing wrong with the diapers but because they’ve been returned you could benefit with a deal. The good thing about Amazon is that you can buy diapers in large quantities with free shipping. Just be on the lookout with Amazon! Ibotta and other coupon apps offer coupons for diapers all the time. I use Ibotta for groceries and other online purchases, and they always have coupons for a certain amount off of diapers. Also, coupons.com sometimes has coupons you can use as well. Use my reference code and get started on Ibotta: https://ibotta.onelink.me/iUfE/8cc13c64?friend_code=cjhsojp
Blogs sometimes watch for sales and coupons on diapers. One blog that I follow to make sure I do not miss sales is the Krazy Coupon Lady. Check her out to find more deals on diapers and other things: https://thekrazycouponlady.com
Check diaper prices and mark downs during big holiday sales. I have found that many parents have found really amazing deals on diapers during Black Friday and after Christmas sales. You have to be on the lookout online or searching in the stores for these deals because they go very quickly, but there are some every year so be watching and stock up.
